Nigel and his staff was extremely warm, friendly and has a real cosy atmosphere to the hotel. Perfect location in the city and plenty of parking. Me and my wife had a lovely time and the breakfast was amazing!! Will be returning and recommending to all!

We absolutely love staying here and come back every year. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite and very accommodating. The breakfast is excellent!! Highly recommend staying here it is just lovely!

Brilliant location for visiting all the main attractions in Bury St Edmunds. Was warmly welcomed by our host and they were flexible about check in times and us leaving the car in their car park before check in. Had a lovely quiet room which was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. Would definitely stay here on future visits to the area.

Lovely hotel a few minutes walk from town

The hotel were kind enough to let me check in super early as i had to meet clients at 12.30 and wanted to park up and drop my bag off beforehand. A lovely hotel on a very quiet street - would thoroughly recommend.
