"We stayed for three nights, and unfortunately, this location did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Staybridge Suites. During our entire stay, housekeeping never came to refresh our towels or offer to tidy the room, which was disappointing.
The first floor smelled warm, fresh, and inviting, but once we got on the elevator and reached the guest-room floors, there was a very unpleasant odor that took away from the overall experience.
Our check-in experience was also underwhelming....
