Hotel Murah di Sugar Pine Estate

"I’ve been going to best Western few times. I am really liking to stay more. This time I was told that we will have housekeeping services if we put cleaning signs before 8am and we did. we stayed two nights and three families but stuff or Manager didn’t bother to check that our room is clean and we have to use same bed sheets, and everything two days in a row. that was unfortunate."

"The hotel was just OK. I gave it only 3 stars because the description implied that it was more luxurious or upscale, and it didn't seem any different than average hotels I have stayed in for 1/2 the price."

"We tried to check in at 6:25 pm.on a Friday night. We were tired and hungry and just wanted to unpack and go to dinner. At the reception desk was a note that said "At lunch, back at 6:55". When I asked her later, when she got back about not having a backup staff, she just looked at me and said ",nope, " Rooms are clean, but elevator area needs repair of tiles and pine needles swept. "I like that you didn’t really need to go anywhere else. You can find everything you needed in one area from something to eat something at the gift store and of course the casino itself."

"Almost perfect...I was 90 degrees when we got there and only then that we found out the entire building doesn't have AC. Not because it wasn't working, but it was never equipped with one. Having to carry all of our stuff using the stairs since there were no elevators was fine too. That AC is a must!"
