"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt. The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

We were stuck in a very strong thunderstorm for 45 min, the driver showed up late, when he did get there my husband waved at him to let him know we were coming, bent down to grab his luggage, looked up and the driver was gone. Thankfully another hotel shuttle was kind enough to take us to ours.
