"Location is very quiet but you hear the noise of the next door. No coffee maker is in the room. You have to use one microwave in the lobby. Connecting to wifi is complicated. Room is clean, bed is comfortable."

"The breakfast was OK. The parking is free. OK the only thing is the swimming pool is not clear on Saturday Sunday. They didn’t open on time and the management is a route. They are not friendly when I ask them nicely to have the swimming pool with my kids the manager name Amanda black African-American she was a manager in duty and also housekeeping, they don’t clean our room service by the first day in general that we are not that much happy in the property"

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"No the room was was 82° in the room. I sweated all night. I took four showers I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the living room because there was a ceiling fan. I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was "

"Room was ok /staff was poor/breakfast was never enough the lady incharge didn't pay attention to feeling the empty food for everyone one. People had to keep waiting and asking for food. Kids running around at night in the hallway knocking on people's door's. My thought Hampton didn't care about anything or anyone. "

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

"Great place to stay! The area around the hotel is excellent with many choices for dining, shopping and entertainment! The hotel is very clean with a lot of amenities to choose from. We’re definitely going to be staying there again!"
