"The room was clean, staff was really helpful and attentive. Parking is limited near our chalet. The kitchen had all that we needed. The fridge was newer than other places. The only thing that didn't work in our chalet was the oven. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit small since we stayed in a studio. I'd recommend this place because it's near big bear lake."
