"We enjoyed our stay at Southernmost Duval guesthouse. The guesthouse was beautiful and very private and clean. We were slightly disappointed that we were so far from the resort and all the amenities. Next time we will know how to book a room at the actual resort. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality."

"I ordered a double room never thought to check the sizes of the beds they are always 2 queen beds. Well not at this place it's 2 double beds they offered us an upgrade for $100 Xtra thought we were getting a king and a queen bed from what they said but it was a king and a queen sleeper sofa which is not what we wanted but it ended up working out. Not good to do a bait and switch also the property is huge and I had 3 elderly women with me and they gave us a room that was a very far walk nf very hard to find "

"1. Room was only cleaned 1 time in 4 days. Asked for towels and that was fine.
2. Ashtrays outside of the room were left from previous people and was Never cleaned or removed and dumped.
3. Stay was fine, room was nice but not cleaned once we were there, but staff was very helpful and nice.

"The room was clean and fine enough. The outdoor area was common and offered no privacy. For some reason, there were 4 pools - but they were all very small and right next to each other, so I didn't understand the purpose. Would have preferred just one larger pool.
During my stay there were a large number of European guests who had no regard for the people around them, often being loud and obnoxious.
The pools close at sunset. Too early in my opinion.
The one restaurant is basically just an outdoor bar with typical bar foods - overpriced and underwhelming.
The property is surrounded entirely by a white picket fence and large hedges, making the property feel claustrophobic.
Overall, it was fine. But I wouldn't stay again."

"The staff and the property were excellent. They really work hard to keep things clean and they’re very friendly. The property features are excellent for the most part. The only disappointment was the beach. It was small and the water was very dirty. Not something I’d swim in but none of the beaches we went to in Key West were very nice when it came to the water. Excellent resort and we had an amazing time."
