Very friendly staff at the reception, housekkeeping, restaurant, and spa most of whom spoke English whcih was extemely helpful. Food was very good and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Central hotel to Suhl. Nice rooms and tasty breakfast. Big pool. Parking is behind the hotel which is a bit irritating when you arrive but not too far from the entrance

I like the hotel, however they have changed some of the things at breakfast: no croissants anymore, no specialty cheeses amongst others, which were two of the highlights for me. and that while pricing is going up the rest was fine

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Zentrum und CCS sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. War bereits mehrfach da und werde auch wieder kommen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gute Unterkunft. Was ich persönlich nicht gut finde ist, dass die Küche schon vor 21:00 Uhr schließt und man keine Möglichkeit hat im Hotel oder in der Nähe noch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen.

Schönes Hotel mit Schwächen im Detail.

Großer Parkplatz am Hotel leider ohne direkten Zugang zur Lobby. Zustand des Fitnessraums ist desolat. Fahrradergometer ohne Funktion. Andere Geräte schlecht gewartet. Frühstück ist super und bietet eine große Auswahl. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Schwimmbad ist schön groß, aber leider ist das Wasser sehr kalt. Zimmer sind schön geräumig. Personal ist sehr nett.

Die Zimmer sind toll, Schwimmbad gut, Ausstattung gesamt schön. Zwei Kritikpunkte: obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, war die Bar geschlossen. Man musste umständlich über die Rezeption im Restaurant bestellen. Beim Frühstück war das Rührei halb roh, auch auf den Spiegeleiern war noch Glibber, beide Eierspeisen fast kalt. Fisch und Wurst standen direkt beeinander, so dass manche Gäste die Gabeln für beides nutzten. Ganz toll für Allergiker!
