"U kelas mezanine sangat tidak nyaman. Km di lt 4 lt 3 resto dng kondisi ada void terbuka. Sd jam 10 msh rame tamu dan noisy. Kmd crew jg noisy saat prepair n cleaning. Gak bisa istirahat. Pdhal hrs bangun jam 2 u sunrise. Ada tamu yg bawa anak kecil jam 12 nangis. Kondisi km mezanine tdk kedap udara. Sebaiknya kl km full ya tunda aja. Jng ambil mezanine. View n layanan jempol banget. Menu oke."

"Amazing views over mountainside farms and a clean and spacious room. It was perfect for a quick stay while visiting Bromo. Only complaint is that the shower head was broken and the hot water ran out in seconds. Also the road is loud in the early morning as Jeeps go by, so not great if you’re a light sleeper. I would definitely stay there again"

"Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. "

"Dirty and Old When We arrived the staff told us that the only two rooms available had different problems (toilet didn’t work or air conditioned too noisy). No alternative possible. At the end they showed us other room with garbage under the bed and a dirty toilet…."
