"I stayed there 4 days for business reasons. All perfect. The only thing I suggest to the restaurant Atmosphere is about the tips. Some waiters behavior push the customers to grant a tip. Sometimes it could be embarassing especially when the customer is not alone. "

"The hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel. The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre. We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow. "
