"I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family birthday weekend. From the time we pulled up to the door, the entire experience here was perfect. A valet greeted us immediately, a bellhop loaded our luggage onto a cart, and we were directed towards the check in desk. We checked in quickly and got to our rooms where our luggage was delivered promptly.
The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Once we were settled we ate at 12 Moons. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was amazing.
The next day we requested extra blankets, coffee, cream, and water and the staff responded immediately. We spent sone time in the outdoor hot tub which was lovely. Later we ate at the Falls buffet and this was the only part of our stay we didn’t love. The food was mediocre and the price tag was too high for the quality. Other than that the stay was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!"
