The breakfast buffet is outstanding -- offering an array of delicious items. And the service staff was top notch. And you can't find a better location to the popular attractions. "The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a TV remote with a Guide so I could find BBC or CNN. But even better would have been a window that opened so I could have taken a photo and not had it been through a dirty window!!! I stayed here last week and did not get a Mobility card … this week I did! Wish they were consistent … and that the staff cared … because the gal I mentioned it to this morning did not."

"We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre. "
