Learn more about Ainsworth Hot Springs

Soak in the horseshoe-shaped cave with mineral-rich waters at the famous hot springs resort. Hike nearby trails in the Purcell Mountains or take a boat tour on pristine Kootenay Lake for spectacular mountain views.

Inside the hot spring caves at Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort. The temperature ranges between 104 and 107 within the cave. It was super dark and kind of scary - only lit up with a few lights. I got over that fear quickly as soon as I immersed myself. Hands down the best springs I've visited so far.

The desk clerk explained to me that these springs have incredibly high mineral content including Lithium which is why after spending some time in the caves you come out feeling like a melted marshmallow. Every muscle became super relaxed and my skin was so smooth.

The entrance fee is 12.00 for general entry and 17.00 for in and out privileges. If you stay at the hotel your cost is included with the room.
