"Big and clean room, however, apparently there is no room service on Sunday, as the room wasn't tidied up. Location and parking are very good, but room need some maintenance e.g. electric sockets properly fixed, lights next to the bed are not working, fun extractor makes a terrible noise etc. Staff friendly. Restaurant (Hosteria) is excellent, with fantastic food and large choice of wine and other drinks."

"Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. The main issue was the lack of proper room cleaning service. During an entire week, the room was cleaned only once, which is unacceptable for a property presented as a residence/hotel. In addition, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. The room was also very cold, and it was not possible to regulate the temperature in any effective way. Overall, the poor housekeeping service significantly...
