"We consulted Expedia for lodging in Kennebunkport, ME. There was a marvelous 60’s concert and attending people really dressed for the era. It was fun to see! The Lodge at Turbat’s Creek had everything we needed at a good price and though we didn’t have time to go for a swim in their heated salt water pool, it was offered. The continental breakfast had a good selection and good coffee! The staff friendliness made you feel as though you were part of their family!"

"Had a rough start to our booking, when 2 days before arriving we were called and said our room had flooded due to a pipe burst, and they had to cancel our reservation. However, after working through Expedia the Inn found us a replacement room. Checking in was a bit confusing, as the hotel is not clearly marked. There is a small awning that says Breakwater, but with shops on the ground floor we thought that was referencing the shopping plaza, and not where to go to check in. But alas, after...

"Lovely inn, great for kids with lots of activities. Breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are very friendly and kind. Our first room was lovely but we had noisy neighbors above (lots of heavy footfalls and jumping) and front desk solved the issue by finding us another room - they were very kind and accommodating. Lovely location and grounds. "

"We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay here. We stayed in the Nathanial Lord Mansion and our room was clean, stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was served each morning in our mansion and was very nice with a different hot option every day. The inn is located within very easy walking distance of everything Kennebunkport has to offer - shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all an excellent stay and highly recommended! "

"We really liked the much needed remodeling that is being done, the staff was very friendly and helpful and that they are family and relatives that run the hotel. They listened to what i said about extra tongs for picking up the three different hot foods as well as coffee sticks were separately wrapped because the ones they are using are unwrapped and everyone can contaminate the others. "
