"Hotel is in very nice and convenient area. Staff are very friendly, and grounds are very nice. My only issue was that the pillows were way to thick. The front desk agent was nice enough to give me a clean blanket which I used during my 5 day stay."

"We've stayed at Avania Inn at least a couple of times and really enjoy it here. This last stay was a bit more eventful for us as we got in extremely late. Communicated with Glory who was really accommodating in checking us in way after hours. Katy the next morning was really helpful in straightening out reservations. Their continental breakfast is just enough to help get the day started and the rooms have always been clean and spacious. Definitely recommend and will be back!"

"What a fantastic hotel, we will be back! Beautiful well kept room. You don't need to get a large room to experience this property as the entry-level rooms are sufficient. Quiet, clean and a responsive staff. Valet parking and luggage service. Even though they charge for parking, but having this location on closed off State Street is worth it. Spend a little more than a chain hotel, and enjoy the historic experience!"

"Near the ocean but no view from our room. The advertisement is deceptive. Only a few room have a ocean view. When I inquired about it we were told it was Expedia's issue. All I know is on solution was offered. Other than the view it's a nice property. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and pier. Only valet parking $40 per night. Others got amenities i.e. wine that wasn't available through Expedia booking."

"The Leta was absolutely splendid. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. We sat at the Bar for hours. We enjoyed fantastic craft cocktails, savory appetizers and enjoyed a live performance from a talented singer songwriter. The ambience was perfect - we sat outside under twinkle lights near the beautiful sparkling pool. Can't wait to return."

"Great property for families, centrally located and overall wonderful experience. The resort is a little dated and could use a small facelift, but overall it was well maintained. My biggest gripe was that none of the ice makers around the property were working."
