"The hotel was great, even the breakfast was good. However we are seniors so had issues with the hotel info and the tv as we do not scan codes. Frustrated that we were unable to access the tv news and weather."

"We had some difficulties at the cottage and it took until the following day for someone to reach us in spite of the fact that we called the emergency number. However, the matter was handled professionally the next day. They admitted their mistake and tried to correct it."

"Booked the property for a girls trip and it was perfect. We were upgraded to a larger room free of charge and when I wanted to extend my stay they made the whole process very easy. The room was very clean and I will definitely be staying again!!"
