"Walked into the check in area and the front desk was unoccupied. Waited around 10 mins and someone finally came out . Should’ve left out a sign out to let the guest know at least. A lady came out while I was sitting there waiting . Not even acknowledging that I’m there and walked into the door and return to the front desk . I wasn’t sure if she works here so I asked her . She stated that she works here and asked me what is it that I need . I believe the attitude and tone should be a bit better...

"What we didn't like was having no free coffee in the mornings. The Starbucks cost us $13/day for a large regular coffee. Also, we like a breakfast buffet included with our room fee. The next time, that would be a consideration."
