"we were greeted very kindly, allowed to check in early, and since there was bad weather, we spent the first day in our room...the only issue we had was with the thermostat/AC, and that was very promptly looked at. we didn't hear a lot of noise, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the restaurant and bar were great! there's a walkway to the L (Blue line) in the parking lot, which is SUPER convenient, and there are a few shops/restaurants not too far from the hotel itself. we...

"Fellow Travelers, fantastic location. This is an older hotel, 1978, so there are some signs of time. The hotel and rooms are clean, unfortunately everything is showing the daily ware and tear and needs refreshing. The staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful even during the chaos of check-in, check-out. Restaurant staff, was nice cordial, except our last day. We had a new server who was rather unpolished for the job he was performing. Food was done well, for breakfast... breakfast...
