"Definitely not a five star hotel but the location and hot springs alone make up for it. I also appreciated that our room had a smart tv so we could sign into our streaming services. Some of the stuff was dated but the sheets and all that were clean and staff were friendly. "

"Yes! It was super accommodating for my dogs. They had treats for them, dog beds and water/food bowls. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly "

"Ski slopes were very close, Approach Hotel.is right near one of the main chairlifts which was very convenient. What was not convenient was the wxcessive noise every night in the corridors and in the stairwell of the hotel, and the techno rave music coming from the T-Bar pub next door.The thumping bass continued till 2am in the morning. Staff were hard to find to voice my concerns about this, and the noise continued every night into the early hours which ruined what was otherwise a great trip."

"Loved the property but access was challenging as parking is far away. The set of stairs closest to the cabin were closed so we had to haul stuff quite far. Overall we would absolutly be back as everything else was fantastic. "
