"Initially gave us a smoking room, had an opened condom packet, with broken fake nails in the drawer, and blood stains on the bed and pillows. My husband contacted the staff manager to come look at the room personally and they gave us another room that was non smoking instead, since I’m pregnant and we don’t smoke at all. "The place is nasty especially the guy working the window. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there if we was homeless."

"We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible.
