"Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. "The resort is perfect and the villas, especially were ideal for our family. They are ultra luxurious and huge, overstocked with everything, huge rooms, ensuite bathrooms, everything that could ever have asked for. Close enough to the main resort and right at the gate to the park."

"The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia.
