"I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them."

"Room smelt musty and smoky- despite the fact it's supposed to be a non smoking room. Everything felt old and unclean. The website claims to have upgraded their rooms- but outside of the tv selection I couldn't tell."

"The hotel was kinda hidden so i like that. There wasnt any ghettos or anything. The place is clean and new. The walls were thin and they had no wifi. But the fridge and stove were cool. The bed was like just a cheap mattress. Weird feeling was theres like 4 doors to go through and you have to use your key through all of them while passing front desk. Just weird to me. I was to be sneaky in private :/"

"The New Inn was such a beautiful and relaxing vacation destination. It was like a a Tuscan get away the grounds so beautiful from the vineyard to the private patios to the immaculate rooms to the morning breakfast delivered to your room at your time request. The owners of the Inn took so much pride into building this beautiful place so thier guest can enjoy it. "I drove up to a residential neighborhood with cars parked on the side of the road and packed into driveways.....the facility is a private residence, and it felt creepy. I think a lot of houses in the neighborhood are renting rooms, because the number of cars on the streets and driveways is not normal. My recommendation is to fully advertise that this is a bedroom in a single family residence. I chose to leave and drive back to Laguna Hills, at midnight."
