"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."

"Great to get a free game drive per night. The drivers were amazing and informative and we were able to see everything between the 3 drives we did. Either at 5.30qm or 4pm Definitely more to see in the morning than evening. Housekeepers were wonderful with a turn down service and the spa was lovely too. "My partner and I had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! The safari drives were very easy to book and all the guides were very knowledgeable and helped us see some amazing animals, we both enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent service too! It was super exciting walking to our room and seeing a family of elephants! It had a great nature feel too it and was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I highly recommend"

"Gostei de tudo, desde o quarto, limpeza e staff. Os game drives também são ótimos. Sem contar que a lojinha tem mimos lindos, o preço é outro tema hahaha. Se tiver algo para reclamar é somente a pouca quantidade de tomadas no quarto tamanho família e a ausência no banheiro que pode impactar quem fica mais do que 2 noites. As disponíveis estavam no padrão antigo. Fora isso, tudo foi maravilhoso e recomendo 100%!"
