Landed in Phoenix around 9am, we knew check in wasn’t until 3pm I called the property explained our situation staff sent uber to pick us up and they kept breakfast going beyond regular hours for us then after eating set us up at the pool until our room was ready for us. "Arrived for a show being put on inside the casino, so stayed overnight everything g was excellent except burning hot concrete around the pool. If you didn’t use shoes or flip flops you would burn your feet! "

"The couple who checked us in were very nice. The area was clean, I really like the aesthetic of the whole place. We went for a concert at the the PHX arena and it was within walking distance about 20 minutes. I also noticed the Van Buren is across the street."
