Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. "I booked a reservation for this hotel after flying in from OKC and they couldn't find my reservation. I was stranded in the parking lot with no transportation. They apologized two weeks later and said they cancelled it themselves do to construction going on."

"The room was clean however the HVAC system was noisy when running. I contacted the front desk and they did a great job at handling the issue. We were moved into another room although the hotel was well booked. All other amenities were great."

"The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure...
