"I was not allowed to check in on pretext my same ID that was used two prior times was not valid and money refund was denied, I was denied accommodation at other places due to personal comments of front desk Punjabi two people that I had never seen before, but both kelt claiming they knew me for years, which was weird , when I saw their faces for first time in my life. They denied me refund of my money, or alternate arrangements for another hotel,"

Jonathan helped find us a better room that suited our needs after our flight got canceled and we missed 1 day of our reservation. Nathan helped me find a table to work online in my room. "I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid.
I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes.
