"The room I reserved smelled like food and body odor. Then they changed me to a suite, but the AC on the floor wasn’t working ( 93 degrees outside the room), the bathroom floor was sticky, it had flower petals on the floor and the sheets had holes in some areas. The staff was very kind and when I checked out, before my stay was complete, they refunded me one night. It has potential to be a good hotel, it just needs better cleaning and maintenance."
