I think this hotel is a great option for those looking to travel to 30a more affordably. The rooms are spacious but basic, with kitchenettes that would suffice for a week long stay. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. "Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day."

"I was pretty disappointed with this place. The cleanliness was terrible for the price that you’re paying. The room smelled musty, there was trash under the bathroom counter, the pool had multiple, used band aids around it. Nothing was accessible unless you use the tram. Considering that they specifically charge you resort and cleaning fees ON TOP of what you’re already paying, basic cleanliness wasn’t too much to ask for."
