"This recently renovated hotel is delightfully retro chic. Comfortable, clean, and well run. Three fire pits make for fun evenings with children eating s'mores. Coffee ready every morning (with real milk and cream) in the reception area and continental breakfasts delivered to your door on weekends. Lovely pool area. Short walk to downtown Phoenicia shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This motel wasn't bad. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom are updated. I definitely will be staying again. The outside may throw you off but don't judge a book by it's cover. The front desk staff was very polite and informational. Also there are plenty of restaurants in a 5min radius. I am a real person writing this review just incase your not convince."

"This place is an absolute gem. It is a beautiful property, in a gorgeous area and next to an arts center and brewery. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are in the Catskills, this is the place to stay!"
