"It was okay, but rustic also means run down. So beware. Room was advertised to have a fireplace, but then they indicate in the room it’s against fire code to use it. Also had to ask multiple times for bathroom amenities. It wasn’t worth the price."

"Great view, nice spacious newly renovated rooms. Need to call for garbage pick up daily, which is a necessity when travelling with kids in diapers. Travelling with kids there is no microwave in the room so the expensive food cannot be reheated if you take leftovers back to your room."

"This is the kind of hotel one always wants to stay in. The location was perfect. It was easy to find and conveniently located for exploring downtown, walking to the bridge and hitting the highway for day trips. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We knew there were other guests but, once we were in our room, we didn't hear a sound from the outside world. The pool, slide and hot tub were great to have access to. "The hotel was convenient, had what we needed for a quick stay and staff was very friendly. The beds and room were good. The bathroom was dated and could use some upkeep. The air conditioner didn’t work so thankfully the window was able to open! Staff were informed about the air conditioner."

"The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you."
