"No geral a experiência foi, boa os colaboradores nos direcionaram muito bem, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto não é novo, porem bem organizado. Único ponto de melhoria é o Wi-fi que é bastante lento, impedindo de realizar video conferencias com qualidade, porem pela localização privilegiada, voce encontra diversos work cafe, a poucos passos do hotel."

"Well placed, well appointed apart Hôtel. Staff friendly and accommodation secure. Supermarket round the corner and as it’s near the University, various bars close by. All in all, a comfortable place to stay for our 5 days in Santiago. "

"It was a lovely soothing place, in a calm area amidst Santiago. I had a nice view from the bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture. The bathroom was small, but enough for one. Had no problems with running out of hot water or whatsoever. The frontdesk personnel were ready to help whenever needed. "

There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!! "
