I recently stayed at the Hilton while visiting Stony Brook University for Family Weekend, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service was truly outstanding.
What impressed me most was how attentive and responsive the entire staff was. At one point, we thought my daughter’s scooter had been stolen. Thankfully, we discovered that a thoughtful staff member had noticed it was left unattended and safely put it away. That simple act of care and consideration speaks volumes about the people who work here.
From the front desk staff to the bartenders, servers, housekeeping, and maintenance team, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance, someone responded immediately and with a smile.
As someone who truly appreciates excellent customer service, I can confidently say this team understands the meaning of hospitality.
I will absolutely be booking here again whenever I visit Stony Brook, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
