"Room was average to below average. The place was musty, homeless lined the alley you have to travel to get to the hotel and the breakfast was not good at all. We got locked out of our room and multiple of us had to get our key cards reset. Receptionist that luckily was there, most of the time it was unmanned, was nice and helpful."

"Beautiful View. The screen door had a couple of holes in it but we were still able to keep the door open to hear there sounds of the water through out the night."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was yummy, Staff was so nice and friendly, front desk staff Jessyca is great! We enjoyed our room. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend 10/10. I seen so many families, sports teams from different states stay there and a few we were on the elevator together mention just how nice the hotel is. I appreciate your staff making it easy to check in and out, providing clean room and great service."

"I work overnights. I came back to the room to shower before check out. Fell asleep, missed 1030am call from front desk. I did wake up when the rooms door was opened by inn employee"

"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."
