"Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!"

"Very convenient location in old town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Only complaint was parking. Very hard to get in and out of parking space although staff did help me navigate. City does not seem to give tickets to people who park illegally and block you in your parking space."

"Location is excellent. The aircon worked very well. The bed was comfortable and shower very good. Breakfast was adequate although I would have liked to have had more choice. It did not start until 08:00 although sometimes a bit earlier, but this was no use for days when you book a tour. The outside street noise was a little noticeable during the night. I didn't use the bar or restaurant for lunch/dinner. I would happily return here."

"Pros: The sauna and steam room, you can reserve slots so you have them to yourself. The hot drink machine: Free hot drinks from the machine as you please. General hotel facilities, the room and the hotel in general are good. They have a small kitchen with all the essentials, it’s like a little apartment in the room. The reception desk staff are friendly and helpful. Zejna was absolutely lovely, she was so helpful and kind and so was Amra, one of the cleaning ladies, both were really lovely....

"Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends."

"Nice location close to the market, River and local culture. Lots of restaurants. No parking. We used a public lot 1 block away for 20 euro/overnight. Most restaurants and stores only accept cash. Nice room with great view, see photo. No elevator."

"The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn"

"Overall a very good hotel. The room is spacious, modern and comfort. The location is just perfect. Breakfast is also excellent - lots of variety. There are however a few wrinkles that I believe the management should be aware of: - twice during my stay the air conditioning cut out in the middle of the night, making the room uncomfortably hot. The control panel becomes totally unresponsive and it seems to need a reset by reception - on one of the days housekeeping did not clean my room, for...
