One of the biggest and best breakfasts I've ever had in probably the funkiest little breakfast joints I've ever seen! Homeskillet has quite the story - it's run by a husband and wife duo, Kirby and Tina. They've cooked in many different places around the world like on boats, camps, and even in Antarctica before setting up shop in a bright yellow building on B-ham's Kentucky St. Kirby runs the kitchen all by himself, working at lightening speed to get hundreds of orders out per day. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Bellingham. Prepare for a line up, but it's worth it! I got the biscuits and gravy, and it was HUGE! Note to smaller appetites - order a half size or share.
