"Reservation made through Expedia months ago. I arrived and they said we are pretty full and your room is way around back. Non upgraded room. Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. "They overbooked, I arrived 10pm at night to check in and there was a giant line. Two families were told to go to the pasco red lion since they had no rooms, one couple got a key and came back within 10min and said you gave us a key to a room that is already taken and a family was in the room when we went in. It was ridiculously overpriced for a crappy hotel."
