"We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing...

"This could have been so much better but did not live up to its promise. We really wanted to love it! It is priced too high considering nearly everything was “closed for the season”. We would have been better off just staying in a cheaper basic hotel. Pools closed, restaurants closed, bars closed. There was a nightly resort fee - but what did that get us when nearly everything in the resort was closed? They also charged for basic things which most more affordable hotels provide free - like...
