"This is a low-rent hotel in a seedy neighborhood. Near Celebrity Theatre. Signs everywhere about video surveillance so it felt relatively safe. Bed was comfortable & there was a big TV. Not many amenities. Fridge in room. No fitness center. No shampoo but there was body soap & conditioner. No bar of soap at vanity. Breakfast was cereals, yogurt, bread/bagels. No hot items. "Very basic. Certainly worth the $71 I paid, but not much more. It’s in a desolate area. There isn’t much at the hotel (no restaurant, no food other than vending machines and a breakfast I didn’t take advantage of). My room was large but dark and a bit creepy. The AC wall unit wasn’t effective. There were people making noise in the hall but thankfully they stopped at around 11p. Bottom line: I hope I don’t have to stay there again but everything worked and I got my money’s worth."

"Stayed here in two rooms as a party of 6. We enjoy Hyatt Place properties a lot and this one was just like the rest. At check in, the staff checked to see if we needed anything, and rearranged our room assignments to be closer together. Clean property. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport with Marisol (she had a great attitude and was extremely helpful with luggage)."

"My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on."
