"Extremely small room, the sink is located outside the bathroom which was a nuisance. The sink was not draining initially and we had to ask someone to come fix it. After the first person “fixed it” we saw that it was still not draining. We called again. They sent someone else who opened up the pipes and cleaned the drain and it finally worked. We were offered a free bottle of wine, which was nice but this is not the experience I was expecting when paying such a hefty price each night. The bed...

"I had a great stay overall. I slept very well, the location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only small issues were that the blackout curtains wouldn’t fully close and the ice machine was not working properly the night i stayed ( owner did let me know if i needed anything i can go to restaurant below, unfortunately my even wasnt over until midnight and restaurant was closed :( ) . Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. Money well...

"When we arrived we were shown to a room that did not have a bath bathtub out on the terrace as I originally booked. I had changed dates and there was some problem with communications between Expedia and the hotel. The service is always wonderful there and the atmosphere amazing but a second problem is that there are too many people by the pool and there are no chairs. I’ve stayed there many times in the past and this was the first time that we had this problem. I think they have oversold...

"The property was perfect! Location was optimal, room amenities, staff was helpful and present. Pool was clean, warm, and never crowded. Tons of spots to eat near by. Walgreens right there was helpful. Short and beautiful walk to the beach. 10/10 recommend!"

"Courtyard room entered to outside which was not informed about when booking. There is a club next door blasting music until 3AM which can be clearly heard in the hotel room. "
