"Everything was good, clean and a nice place for family. The only very small problem was the toilet was very low to the floor. I can’t really complain about anything."

"The air in our room was extraordinarily humid and smelled of mold or mildew. It was so extreme that the clothes in my suitcase became wet to the touch. In addition, the bathroom door panel was coming apart, there was a hole in a towel, and an outlet cover was missing, among other signs of disrepair. On the positive side, the room was spacious, everything worked, and breakfast was fine."

"Wow! Exceeded my expectations, and we stay at 5 star resorts. For a RDU hotel, we were blown away at the hotel. Loved the complimentary happy hour, amazing breakfast with inlet station and new and clean rooms were great. We appreciated the garage parking under the building. We’ll be back."

"The toilets were too low in our room and we had to go to a handycap room to get one of proper height. The beds were not comfortable and we both woke with backaches each night Clothes rack too low for bath robes etc. and nowhere to hang except in tub shower. Tub should be changed to a walk in shower because it is difficult and dangerous for slipping. Toilet seat was loose but they fixed that when we left note. Staff were excellent and really nice and pleasant"

"Super helpful staff! The hotel is close to the airport with shuttle starting around 4am. Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Hot breakfast! UNFORTUNATELY, the pool has been drained. 1 of the 2 elevators are out of order. I give it 8/10"

"There was no turn down service so if that’s important to you then you shouldn’t book with this place. Also I had the ac on all weekend because it was hot and the room was so loud, there was this loud notice coming from the walls. It sounded like a furnace. It was strange. I figured out maybe around the last day of my visit to push the couch up against the wall so the sound would be less loud"

"The desk person knew my name and used it to ask if everything was ok every time I passed the desk. Breakfast was fast and exceptional!"
