"We stayed in June (winter) so may have felt different due to the cold weather. I can imagine staying in the summer more opportunity to use all the facilities available including the outdoor pools, basketball courts, and outdoor spaces. The restaurant was not open on the days we were there (Sunday evening arrival, stayed Monday). Our purpose was to see the penguins so we didn't mind too much. Cowes is very close and has lots of supermarkets to pick up needed items if necessary. There is water...

"Was staying there for a night before driving up to Melbourne. The property is quite well maintained even though it was dated. Definitely a good place for an overnight stop"

"Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked"

"Kilcunda Beach is one of my favorite beaches and all of Australia. The location was excellent, as I could walk to the beach, and I was also able to go to a nearby coffee shop, and get some work done, including a Zoom meeting, all well, relaxing in a nice comfortable room."

"Didnt deal with any staff due to late xheck in and early check out so cant really rate them. Shower was a little too small and the bathroom not really enough space to manoeuvre but thats literally the only thing. Everything else was pretty good"

"after stopping by from seeing penguin, i think this is the great place for staying over night. location only few minutes from penguin place and closed to big supermarket and cafes, but you must hv yr own car though.beach is only few minutes walk.I am not sure when summer, because I only experience in winter on july."
