"Overall the experience we had with this hotel was not the best. We booked a 3day 2 night stayed and had called in advance to inform them of our delay and notified them we would be arriving closer between 11-midnight. Front desk acknowledged and reviewed my itinerary. When we arrived to check in we were informed the room we had booked had been given to someone else and we had to pay a separate fee for a room similar to the one we had but that our previous payment would be voided. You can hear everyone around you, people were constantly yelling and then smoking on the balcony next to the large no smoking sign. "First tried to turn on lights and found only 1 bed side lamp for the whole room including sink and mirror. Missing fire alarm with exposed wires and multiple burned outlets. Toilet also leaking from bottom. Stayed only one night and was bit in bed 6+ times probably from bed bugs. Wouldn’t consider staying again 👎"
