"ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit...

"The room was beautiful! Loved the “bigger than a mini” refrigerator and the air conditioner was fabulous! Did not care much for the pool and the hot tub was not hot. Super close to beach! Unfortunately, the Charthouse does not get a discount on chair rentals like the beachfront properties do, so we paid $42 each day of our 4 day stay. 😣"

"Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating. Super Cute place, very clean and modern. Very short walk to beach and the pool areas are very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again."

"The suite was perfect to stay in and had a full kitchen! W=It was also a walkable distance to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. But the best perk they offered were the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (for free) which made the beach experience 10 out of 10!"

"No parking, you’re required to use the valet service which is $40 per day. Lots of unexpected/hidden fees. No security or lifeguards on site, there was an active shooter event in front of the property and a child drowned in the pool. Very traumatizing stay for my kids."

"Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples."

"The sofa bed was very old and disturbing. There was no complimentary water to use . The rugs were wery old and dirty."

"The staff was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast in the morning was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like is the music was a little loud outside our balcony, and we did have a couple areas of black mold in our room. Our room seem damp the whole time we were there."

"It was close to the beach and restaurants, bars and stores. There was hardly any water pressure to shower with."

"This hotel was honestly so great. It was cute and spacious, perfect vintage motel feel. Bed was super comfy, location was convenient to beach and other attractions, parking available on site. I would totally stay here again. Staff was great and offered fresh towels during our short weekend stay."

"A beautiful hotel located in the heart of paradise. Breakfast has everything you could want. The pool is amazing. It’s literally across the street from the perfect beach to swim and relax. A couple minute walk from all the boat tours and jetski rentals. Couldn’t be happier with my stay"
