My partner and I spent one night here after the Christmas holidays. It was absolutely perfect. The property itself is clean, tidy and relaxing. We had Duncan cook dinner for us and my partner said it was michelin star quality! Could not fault the room. Comfy bed, everything you needed was provided. Will definately be back!

Duncan and Gina were very welcoming, we received a lovely welcome drink and showed us our lovely room, Duncan is quite the cook and the coffee was awesome. The styling was very lovely and relaxing, we saw lots of bird life and a Kangaroo with a Joey paid a visit too. Thank you everything was perfect.

Duncan and Gina were wonderful hosts. Amazing location, beautiful amenities and breakfast was delicious! Property is home to lots of fresh produce and a even a baker in the studio out back. We had a couples massage organised for us for the afternoon we arrived after a request a couple of weeks out. Cannot fault these guys for their communication, delivery and facility. We’ll spread the word and definitely be back.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely immaculate and the breakfast was out of this world yummy!! Cannot wait to return!!!!!!!

I went there for a relaxing weekend away with my partner. The views were stunning the owners were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Loved that there can only be two groups/couples at any given time. Out of the way but only a short drive to Noosa if you are looking for things to do. Highly recommend.

April 2022 - beautiful house and gardens, lovely hosts, very comfortable king size bed with quality bedding, fabulous big open shower with amazing organic products, excellent coffee & breakfast included in the reasonable rate. So quiet you could hear the buzzing bees 🐝, the wind through the gum trees, and native birds and kangaroos on the lawns in the early morning. 5 stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely place to stay for a few days just outside Noosa. Gina and Duncan were great hosts and the accommodation is very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!!
Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!! Away from that hussle and bustle of Noosa, but not too far that you can’t pop in for dinner and a beach swim! Hosts were so kind and attentive! Breakfast, perfect! Room, gorgeous! Facilities, relaxing!

Beautiful Room, Beautiful Spot, Amazing Breakfast!
We had the most amazing time staying here. Duncan is the most warm welcoming man, we where offered a free upgrade right after booking and the room we stayed in was huge and so beautiful, with massive glass doors that over look the most peaceful scenery. We were jaw dropped. The ladies that gave us massages where wonderful, ask for Jude, she is an absolute goddess! Breakfast was beautiful, and served to us right at the time we requested, all set out nicely next to the pool over looking the gardens. Not only did Duncan make our requests from scratch after an early morning trip to the farmers market, he cooked us a few plates of sides which where absolutely delicious honestly the best breakfast we have ever had! I cannot recommend staying here enough, it is far better then any hotel we have ever stayed in or any cafe we have eaten in! Thank you guys x

5 star accommodation that's not in a hotel.
Put simply, it is one of the few places in the world I wish I'd made plans to stay longer. The house, grounds, rooms, service by the lovely owners was all exquisite. I was somewhat sceptical of the many 5 star ratings but like others, we were not disappointed other than the fact we were only there for 1 night and not longer. The owners do a great job of providing a great service and food whilst at their home but allow you the freedom so as to not make anything feel awkward. It's close to Noosa and surrounds but allows you to feel like you've truly escaped.The rooms are beautifully decorated and I can highly recommend the room with the hot tub under the stars - true once in a lifetime views. For a romantic break or a few nights to see the area and use as a base, the place is great.

Gorgeous Retreat in Noosa Hinterland
We only stayed one night - it should have been longer. Alaya Verde is set in beautiful serene bushland approximately 1/2hour drive from Noosa Heads. The attention to detail is stunning. Our room was immaculate and luxurious. Mikaela and Elly (the "stand in hosts") were so welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. We were given a superb introduction to the facilities, ensuring that our stay was very very comfortable. And the breakfast the next morning - perfect. We didn't want to leave!!

an elegant eco-haven away from it 'all'
a drive in through a rainforest track to the quiet sanctuary of alaya verde! designer architecture and luxurious accommodation, excellent breakfast 'to order' with fresh tropical fruits from the trees. there is not much around this area, so what a find!!
