Take your own towels because they are so small a child would have problems drying themself. Also be aware that unlike most accommodation you will need to cast your own programs to the tv if you want to watch anything

I did like the overall look and feel of this property, happy with my room. I did not like the stains on the sheets on my bed, and the stain on the lounge in my room.

Room was nice and clean, Shaun at front desk was helpful. Could not chromecast from our phones and the helpline number was not helpful at all, spent over 4 phone calls and approx 40 minutes trying to sort it out with not resolution

Excellent hotel, good central location on the coast. Good sized rooms and very quite. Easy parking.

The staff were friendly and prompt to attend. The hotel was very clean and the location was where we needed. Maybe the walk to the shopping centre is more exercise than I was expecting. I will go back.

It was the comfiest bed I have EVER slept in lol and the curtains make the room so dark!!;loved that they have free cold filtered water on every floor too!!

position of property was close to hospital, which is what we wanted, we could walk to the hospital and visit family there. Restaurant in the hotel was clean, meals were good and staff very friendly.

Hotel staff were lovely, room is tired, soft furniture could do with being cleaned as these were significantly stained. Tiles in bathroom need a good clean and so does the shower head! For the price and brand and knowing the hotel is only 5 years it’s needs some maintenance.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, daily room tidy for my stay (5 nights). Food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty but a bit pricey. Sink and shower drain were a bit mouldy (didnt effect my stay, other might complain though), otherwise a very enjoyable stay, would recommend to others and stay again!
