We enjoyed 8 nights at the Emerald, it was wonderful. We actually got an upgrade to a Superior 2 bedroom apartment, it was great. Everything was clean, bed linen, bathrooms, kitchen. Couldn’t have wished for anything better. We will definitely be returning. Front desk staff were really welcoming & helpful. We will be returning.

Great Location!

Great location right on Hastings St so close to shops and across the road from the beach. 2 brm apartment spacious and comfortable but a bit tired and dark. At the rear so woken each morning at 5am by the rubbish truck. Pool is in the centre surrounded by buildings so not a nice setting to look at, better to go to beach. Best location without paying on the beach prices.

The first two days at the resort was particularly noisy due to construction work happening beneath us and we found it really hard to relax and unwind. We went to reception and let them know our concerns and they were fantastic. Moving us to a quieter location so that we could enjoy our time there. After the move it was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. The convenience of being on Hastings Street in the heart of everything and a minute walk to the beach was fantastic. Apartments were huge and felt like a home away from home.

The Emerald is in a fabulous location on Hastings St where you can leave the car in the secure on site garage and walk everywhere. Apartment 9 was well equipped and very comfortable for 5 people, but being at the front of the block, above the restaurant and overlooking the public carpark, it was very noisy at night and from early morning. Staff were super friendly and helpful, a minor maintenance issue was fixed quickly and easily. I would stay again but request an apartment at the back of the block, on the inside of the complex.

Position, position, position. Right in the centre of everything Noosa has to offer. Great premises, all amenities but maintenance and upkeep needs to be improved. Internet is terrible and very unreliable. There is no excuse for this with Starlink now available if the NBN is not up to it. We were able to use 4 and 5G on our phone. Otherwise a great place, quiet, comfortable and good amenities.

Prime location, sub prime apartment

The Emerald is in the perfect location for great walking accessibility to all that Noosa has offer on Hastings Street, main beach & national park. Our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was nice but really needs an update. Furnishings are well dated & not suited to the apartment. Big cons of our stay were mould on the ceiling above the shower, balcony constantly wet as floor tiling wouldn’t drain (just pooled after rain) and our apartment was above the restaurant Rococo therefore the dining noise + music was constant throughout the night until they close. We have stayed here plenty of times before but the apartment we had this time was disappointing & no opportunity to move being fully booked.

The room we were put in was like a cave. It was dark, needing lights on at all times including through the day and it was very cold as it did not get any sunshine at all. This meant we needed to use the air conditioner, which on the first night was impossible as the remote was not working. While we were there, we were NOT informed about any maintenance that may be happening around the pool area and they were painting for 3 of the days which made it very uncomfortable sitting by the pool as the paint fumes were very strong.

The place is getting tired and needs an update. It hasn’t changed in 9 years since we were last here. Other than being close to the beach and right on Hastings St, the property failed. It was so loud, especially in the Diamond tower (in the courtyard above the pool). Stay away from unit 17. Note that every morning at 5am, the pool heating and/or pump system within the wall in this tower would disrupt the family’s sleep. Front end personnel wouldn’t even acknowledge us as we past by or even say hello. Unfortunately, they would not entertain our request to move suites either. Disappointing.

Blinds did not work, no privacy and sleep.

The location was great , good sized apartment, good pool. However we were so disappointed that the blinds in (2 of them) in the main bedroom was faulty and did not close. Meaning we had no privacy and the light went in the room causing lack of sleep. When this was mentioned to the staff, unfortunately nothing could be done . The lack of sleep and privacy was terrible. They didn’t even offer anything else to try to make the stay comfortable:( It’s hard to believe that the fault of 2 blinds was not brought up between guest stays. I booked a supreme room so was hoping important items such as the blinds were in working order.. we were very envious of other apartments that had working blinds! We stayed in the Sapphire building apartment 42.

Great location, large room. room for improvement

Great location. Was not too noisy at night, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery. Ground floor 2 bed apartment was large, though not the most private with the lounge and ajoining outdoor area in direct view of the public carpark and thoroughfare. The cleanliness inside the apartment was pretty average (but not unexpected) but common areas in the complex were spotless and well maintained. Pool was fantastic and heated and very clean. Spa was nice and hot. Sauna was available however needed to get a key from reception to use so didn't bother. Had a spider infestation where hundreds of baby spiders were flowing out of the cracks and powerpoint and were congregating on the walls and ceiling around the dining table. I resolved this by vacuuming them up as I saw them and after 2 days of vigilant vaccuming they were mostly gone. It is one of those places where you need to clean and pack the dishes and put the bins out before check out otherwise you may be liable for a clean up fee. Extra towels, detergents, toiletries, toilet paper etc can be had for additional cost when you run out of the initially provided supplies. You may want to bring your own if that annoys you.
