"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "

"The lobby floor was gritty, and upon entering the room, itself the floors were sticky. There was something on the toilet seat that I cleaned off before use. Lastly but NOT least the beds were awful. Not comfy, and there were no comforters or blankets just sheets to keep you warm. Not good. Would not stay again."

"Elevators were an issue throughout the trip!! 10+ minutes at times. Every time we wanted towels at the pool we were told 30-45 mins before we got towels. The shower could only be described as violent. The bedding and towels in the room were inconsistent and ill fitting. This was our 3rd and FINAL stay at this hotel. It definitely isn't the same feeling from our first experiences. "

"It was nice to have beach loungers when traveling via plane. What wasn’t nice is that the pool was very dirty and cloudy the whole time we were there. Everytime we called down to room service for towels or coffee we waited an hour and the just went downstairs to get the items ourselves. "
