They are so nice and friendly.
We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem.
It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation.
We had a really nice time there and we are open to visit again! "

"Our stay at Sentido Khao Lak was wonderful - we were warmly welcomed and the team did everything to make us feel comfortable and was happy to help us with organizing shuttles to the airport, etc.

"Very wonderful visit. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Room was cleaned and the staff was very helpful if I needed anything. My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport.
