Velaris es un lugar espléndidamente situado. Sin embargo, es posible apreciar ya un cierto deterioro generalizado en sus instalaciones. Se destaca la calidad del paisajismo en los jardines. Nuestra habitación presentaba esa condición de deterioro.

Mycket trevligt hotell/resort som vi varmt kan rekommendera. Stannade 5 nätter och bodde i huvudbyggnaden med utsikt mot havet. Rent och välskött. Ingick halvpension. Frukosten jättebra. Middagsbuffén inget fel på men blir lite tråkig. Läget är jättebra, det är lugnt även om det är många barn. Inte svårt att få en plats varken vid poolen eller havet. Jätte trevlig personal och när man åker hem har man tillgång till wellness center med dusch.

ich war mit dem Essen in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht zufrieden. Die Qualität entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Die Auswahl war begrenzt und der Geschmack eher durchschnittlich.

High lights: beach, pool access was terrific and not ness the norm considering other properties on Brac in both Suptar and Bol that I saw. Love the spacious room. Mostly staff were kind and lovely toward us. Think property is comprised mainly of domestic tourists w a few international. Loved being around local families. There were abundant food options in cafe which was great as the island has small towns which are not that walkable so hotel provides food well. Excellent massage therapist and lovely wellness space. Lovely camp feeling grounds w tremendous beach access all along. Super fast laundry service. Helpful to get a rental car. People on Brac island were super friendly. Low lights: ask in advance about rules for shuttle as that was not an option based on provided flyer (fine print not on flyer ….soooo paid top euros for private car ) to go to the other hotel they own for a lovely higher end type dinner (which was excellent and totally worth the disappointment of not being able to take the advertised free shuttle -40 euros). Staff ended up being kind and helpful but initially 2 staff made somewhat negative comments to me and my friend because we both booked on Expedia. 2 rooms booked but made to feel a bit like tight wods (not exactly welcoming wen u fly 16 hrs and grab a ferry to get there). No regrets despite hip-cups on this non touristy quiet island

Terrible service

We booked a deluxe room with a deep bath and a queen bed. They gave us a ro with a shower and 2 single beds. The AC didn't work neither the TV. We asked for another room. They sent us to a new room without a bath and still with 2 single bed. At the end of our stay, they charged us 5euros due to city taxes, even though we had already paid taxes... I wouldn't come back

Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable.

Nada especial. Muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Falta de autocontrol, al llegar a la habitación el teléfono no funcionaba, uno de los 2 controles de A/C estaba fijo en una temperatura y tampoco funcionaba el secador de pelo. Se reclamó a recepción, repararon el control del A/C y el secador de pelo pero el teléfono siguió sin funcionar.
