"We booked this hotel at the very last minute and it completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself looks new and in great condition. Becky, the front desk agent, was extremely welcoming and gave us a run down of everything. Check in was smooth and easy. "We had a nice stay here. The hotel is located on the highway but only 10 minutes from the beach. The breakfast was OK, but they ran out of coffee the second day we were there. (Are you really offering breakfast if you don't have coffee?) We had a large room with two queen beds. The door to the bathroom blocked the sink meaning that you had to come into the bathroom, shut the door, just to wash your hands. "Clean and simple. Rooms had wooden floors which is good at the beach, Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge/freezer that worked well, microwave and small coffee maker. Plenty of towels that were thick and fluffy. TV with streaming platforms. No room key needed - uses key code sent to your phone at check-in. "I live with ny daughter and 5 children. So when i get away for 1 day i love to take a bath. The bathtub in room 204 would not plug. I figured out how to makeshift...but this needs fixed. All staff was pleasant especially Chelsea the one who greeted and checked me in when i arrived. Very personable"

"The floor was nasty, felt damp. Used a white washcloth to wipe over floor and showed to reception person at checkout. Asked about a possible partial or full refund, was told it would take a manager's approval. Went nowhere from there. Would not recommend!"
